Direction for use:
Adult: 2 tablets 4 times daily.
Children: Half of the adult's dose.

Been using this for 2 years now. And I see the results as well. But it also requires a balanced diet and exercise to go alongwith it. Take SBL haemoglobin syrup and SBL hair oil with this. Use Shikakai shampoo and your hair will become soft, luxurious and strong.
