- Berberis vulgaris 3x HPI: Rheumatic paralytic pain in shoulders, arms, hands and fingers, legs and feet. Tearing, sticking pain with stiffness and swelling of finger-joints.
- Dulcamara 3x HPI: Joint complaints aggravated by cold, damp, or humid weather; Rheumatism alternates with diarrhœa. Stiffness and lameness of upper extremities.
- Nux vomica 4x HPI: Cracking in knee-joints during motion with bruised pain below scapulæ. Sitting is painful with irritability and sensitiveness.
