Kali picricum is a powerful homoeopathic medicine prepared by careful trituration of Potassium Picrate (C₆H₂K(NO₂)₃O), a highly explosive salt derived from Picric Acid. This bright yellow substance has a marked affinity for the liver and digestive organs, particularly influencing conditions associated with jaundice, gastrointestinal disturbances, and urinary changes.
