• Kalium nitricum aids in dry, hacking cough, particularly in the morning, with bloody expectoration.

• Indicated in cardiac asthma with excessive dyspnoea, burning chest pain, and difficulty drinking due to breathlessness.
• Relieves spasmodic croup and laryngeal diphtheria.

Headache and Tiredness

• Manages dull headaches with vertigo, especially felt as falling backwards or to the right.
