Scrofula is a condition characterized by chronic enlargement and inflammation of the lymphatic glands, particularly of the neck. It represents a condition in which the lymph nodes become hardened, inflamed, and may form abscesses through suppuration. The condition is often associated with impaired nutrition, low resistance, and delayed tissue repair.
SBL Bio-Combination 22 is a homoeopathic preparation indicated in scrofulous conditions involving lymphatic glands, helping in the management of glandular swellings, induration, and suppurated processes.
SBL Bio-Combination 22 can be helpful in the following conditions:
- Dry or suppurating scrofulous glandular abscesses
- Enlarged, indurated lymphatic glands
- Acne, erythema, and vesicular eruptions
- Vesicles containing thick, white or purulent contents

- Silicea 3X HPI – Aids in suppuration; indurated glands; helps in resolution of fibrinous exudations and follicular infiltrations.
In equal proportion
Excipients q. s. to 1 tablet of 100mg.
Direction for use:
Adults: Four tablets 3-4 times a day.
Children: Half of the adult's dose.
