Piles are swollen and engorged blood vessels in and around the rectum and anus that develop due to increased pressure, causing them to stretch, swell, or protrude. Anal fissures are small tears in the lining of the anus, often accompanied by bleeding and pain. These conditions commonly arise from chronic constipation or diarrhoea, prolonged straining during stools, sedentary habits, heavy lifting, pregnancy, and obesity.

SBL Bio-Combination 17 can be helpful in the following conditions:

- Bleeding piles and anal fissures

- Piles related to prolonged sitting, constipation, or obesity

- Ferrum phosphoricum 3X HPI – Supports in habitual constipation with piles and a tendency to prolapse with congestion and inflammation.
- Kali muriaticum 3X HPI – Manages thickened mucous membranes; assist in bleeding hemorrhoids with dark, thick blood.
- Kali phosphoricum 3X HPI – Aids in haemorrhoids protruding with nervous exhaustion; burning pain associated with swelling.
In equal proportion
Excipients q. s. to 1 tablet of 100mg.
Direction for use:
Adults: Four tablets 3-4 times a day.
Children: Half of the adult's dose.
