Adrenalinum, an Internal Secretion of Suprarenal Glands, derived from the active principle of the medulla of the suprarenal (adrenal) gland, plays a crucial role in regulating vital physiological functions. As an essential chemical messenger, it supports the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, mimicking its stimulation. In homoeopathy, Adrenalinum is primarily used to manage circulatory disturbances, support glandular function, and aid in conditions related to vascular constriction, blood pressure regulation, and cardiac activity.
