Indications:
Direct: Arrhythmia, palpitation, breathlessness, menopausal syndrome
As an adjunct: Myocardial infarction, angina, mitral valve prolapse, arteriosclerosis and cardiac neurosis

Convalraria (Canavalia gladiata) | General weakness of heart muscles, cardiac dropsy, dyspnoea, poor heart functioning |
Sugandhbala (Valeriana wallichii) | Nervous affection with accelerated pulse, insomnia, sudden sinking sensation |
Strophanthus (Strophanthus kombe olia) | Weak heart action due to muscular debility, heart cases complicated with dropsy, in alcoholic hearts, palpitation with breathlessness, rapid irregular pulse. |
Karpura (Cinnamomum camphora) | Heart stimulant, in shock and poor circulation, sudden sinking of heart, weak pulse |

Dosage:
20-30 drops three times daily. For acute conditions- 40 drops or as prescribed by the physician.
