  • In how many days SBL ships the order?

    The order will be shipped within 3-5 working days subject to the availability of the product.
  • Where can I check my order status?

  • How can I make payment for my order?

    You can place the order via the following payment modes NET Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm, UPI, Phone Pay
  • How can I Cancel an order?

    Any defect or complaints can be referred to the company’s customer care cell at + 011 22161934(Mon-Sat 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or can be emailed to us at care@sblglobal.in .
  • Can I cancel the order shipping?

    Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. One can cancel the order for the product till we ship it.
  • Can I return a defective or damaged product?

    Yes, you can return defective/damaged (will not be accepted if it has a tampered seal).
  • How can I Return Defective or Damaged product?

    You can contact to company’s customer care cell at + 011 22161934 (Mon-Sat 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or can be emailed to us at care@sblglobal.in within 24 hours of receipt the product and return the product on ‘freight to pay’ basis which courier sender has to pay. While returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the products. Our customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate to either replace the product(s) or refund the amount as per the discretion of SBL.
  • How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

    Changing Shipping Address is possible only till the product is not shipped from our warehouse. Go to Your Account > Your Address > Add or Edit Address
  • How will I get the refund?

    The refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days directly in the bank account.
  • What are the delivery charges?

    The delivery for orders above Rs 300 is free. However, orders with amount lower than Rs. 300, will be charged on actual basis
  • How will I get to know my order is confirmed?

    You will get an email and SMS confirmation after successfully placing the order. You can also visit My Account > Order Details.
  • I was not able to pay online while placing an order

    In case of failure of payment, go to My Account>Your Order. Check the status of the order. In case the order is not placed, you can reorder from there.
  • My money was deducted but the order was not placed. What do I do?

    If the amount is deducted and Order is not generated, then you can contact to company’s customer care cell at + 011 22161934 (Mon-Sat 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or email to us at care@sblglobal.in and give the details about the transaction reference number .The money will be refunded back in 5-7 working days.
